Common Questions
Is this a retirement home?
No. Harmony is a regular residential neighborhood. You buy and own your home, and the 360 Program adds community and support around it.
Is the building Shabbat‑friendly?
Yes. The spec includes a Shabbat clock for lights and A/C, a Shabbat controller for the water pumps, and Shabbat-compliance approval from Mishmeres HaShabbos for every building.
Is the kitchen kosher‑ready?
Every kitchen has two sinks, so meat and dairy can stay separate.
Is there room for a sukkah?
Yes. Every apartment has a sukkah balcony, and garden apartments have private gardens.
Are there shuls and schools nearby?
Yes. Shuls, schools and community services are within walking distance, in a diverse religious city with a large English-speaking community.
Do I have to make Aliyah or live here full-time?
No. Many buyers use their home for part of the year, for the winter months, the chagim or long visits with family, and keep their life abroad. The 360 Program supports you whenever you're here. If you choose to make Aliyah, we'll guide you through your rights and every step.
How does healthcare work?
As a new citizen you join a Kupat Holim (health fund). We help you register, and 24/7 medical availability through our partner providers is part of the program.

What does your support include before and during the move?
We coordinate everything with our vetted partners, from the legal and Aliyah steps, through opening a bank account and help with financing if needed, to furnishing and moving in. One dedicated contact all the way.

Daily services are provided through the Prime Living 360 Program, a monthly membership offered separately from your home purchase, and typically well below the monthly fees of a senior living community.
