Is the property registered in my name?
Yes. The property is legally and officially yours alone.
What daily services are included after I move in?
You get 24/7 access to medical support, and we arrange the relevant insurance. Plus activities, tours, holiday and community events: everything that keeps a close, active community.
Can guests and family visit?
Of course. It's your own home, and you can host whoever you like, whenever you like.
What if I want to leave in the future?
You can leave whenever you wish. If needed, we'll help you sell the home and make sure the process is legally and financially safe.
Can I pass the property on to my children?
Yes. The property is fully and legally yours, so you can leave it to your children.
What does your support include?
